What areas of New York do you service?

We are happy to service the five boroughs of New York — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. If you are traveling outside of this area, please give us a call to see if we can take you there! A small fuel charge may be added to cover the gas expense of going a great distance.

Are there any fees associated with traveling outside of your service area?

This is something that we can discuss in detail when we speak on the phone or via email, but yes, there is a reasonable fee for traveling more than 50 miles outside of our service area to cover gas expenses and other expenses.

Are we allowed to smoke on your buses?

We're sorry to our customers who are smokers, but we do not allow smoking on our buses in order to keep our furnishings smelling and looking as fresh and clean as possible. We appreciate you adhering to this policy.

Can we hire you just for pick up and drop off service?

Absolutely! When our customers really need to save money, we always recommend that they take advantage of our pick up and drop off services rather than our all-day services. Give us a call for more details on this and other options.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we do require a deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve a vehicle. Keep in mind that vehicles are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis, so we cannot hold a vehicle without a deposit. Calling for a quote does not hold a vehicle.

Can you cancel the reservation?

Once you have made the reservation, you will not be able to cancel your reservation. It is your promise that you will pay for our service and it is our promise that we will provide you with service. If at all possible, depending on the availability, you might be able to move your reserved time earlier or later. You cannot move it to another day.
